Enjoy the city in a beautiful newly renovated, spacious and classy loft 15 minutes from the city center.
You can have your morning coffee in the small terrace at the entrance while you plan your big day of sightseeing in Valencia.
The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed, with capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has hot and cold air conditioning, and curtains and blinds for privacy.

The space
The main bedroom is separated from the living room where the sofa bed is located.
The space is located at street level.
It is a quiet street with very little traffic during the night to allow you to have a good rest.
During the day there are bars on the street and it can be noisy.

Guest access
The loft has everything you need for a stay of several days or even weeks in the city! Spacious bedroom with full bathroom, large closets to leave all your belongings and clothes. Washing machine, ironing board and iron. Fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances. Coffee machine. Spacious living room with table for 4 people, sofa bed and TV. It has hot and cold air conditioning.

Other things to note
In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October. The delivery of your data is essential to carry out the registration of each guest and to comply with the tourism regulations in Spain.

This includes for each traveller:

- Name and surname.
-Type of document only DNI or passport, if DNI support number (photograph both sides).
- Date of birth.
- Address, postal code, municipality, country.
- Telephone number.
- Email.
Minors simply full name and relationship.
Signature of each traveller electronically or in person.


Hosts are obliged to send this information to the authorities, the Ministry of the Interior, who have the objective of maintaining public safety and controlling who stays in the country.
