Accommodation for 4 people. It has one bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with a 135 cm double bed and also en-suite bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, hot and cold air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine. Located in a family-friendly area very close to the centre of Valencia, a 15-minute walk away. It is very well connected by metro and bus. A few metres from the Mestalla stadium.

The space
The flat has 2 bedrooms with double bed and each with private bathroom and shower. One of them has air conditioning hot/cold. The other has a radiator and ceiling fan.
The living/dining room has a kitchen/diner with air conditioning hot/cold.
The flat has plenty of light and is completely soundproofed.

Without these documents, it will not be possible to access the accommodation, and therefore we will not give you the keys on the day of your arrival and the reservation will be cancelled without refund of the amount paid by the guest.

-Type of document only DNI or passport, if DNI support number (photograph both sides).
- Date of birth.
- Address, postal code, municipality, country.
- Telephone number.
- Email.
Minors simply full name and relationship.
Signature of each traveller electronically or in person.


Hosts are obliged to send this information to the authorities, the Ministry of the Interior, who have the objective of maintaining public safety and controlling who stays in the country.
