LOFT / double bedroom and bed-sofa

Enjoy the city in a beautiful, recently renovated, spacious loft with all amenities, 15 minutes from the city center.
You can have your morning coffee on the small terrace at the entrance while planning your great day of sightseeing in Valencia.
The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed, with capacity for 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has hot-cold air conditioning, and curtains and blinds for greater privacy.

The space
The main room is separate from the living room where the sofa bed is located.
The space is at street level.
It is a quiet street with very little traffic at night to allow you a good rest.
During the day there are bars on the street and there may be noise.

Guest access
The loft has everything you need for a stay of several days or even weeks in the city! Spacious room with full bathroom, large closets to store all your belongings and clothes. Washing machine, ironing board and iron. Fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. Coffee maker. Spacious living room with a table for 4 people, a sofa bed, and a television. It has hot and cold air conditioning.

Other things to note
In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26. The written submission of these data in our Airbnb chat is essential to register each guest and comply with tourism regulations in Spain.

Without these documents, it will not be possible to access the accommodation, and therefore, we will not hand over the keys on your arrival day, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund of the amount paid by the guest.
This includes for each traveler:

- Full name.
- Document type, only DNI or passport; if DNI, support number. (Photograph both sides)
- Date of birth.
- Address, postal code, municipality, country.
- Phone.
- Email.
Minors simply full name and relationship.
Electronic or in-person signature of each traveler.


Hosts are obliged to send this information to the authorities, the Ministry of Interior, which aims to maintain public safety and control who stays in the country.
