## Description

Apartment completely renovated. The accommodation has everything you need and is perfect for 4 people or a couple with 2 children.
It has a room with a 150cm double bed and a bathroom with a shower, and another room with a 135cm double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning in one room and the living room. Fan in the other.
Area very close to the center of Valencia, which can be reached by walking in 15 minutes. It is very well connected by metro and bus.

- PRIVATE LIVING ROOM AND FULL KITCHEN


Guests have access to the entire apartment. There are two extra rooms in the apartment that are closed by the owner and are used to store household items and cleaning products (you will see that these doors are closed).


In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26. The written delivery of this data in order  to register each guest and comply with tourism regulations in Spain. We will need you to complete the check-in that we will send you before your arrival to provide us with the data of each guest.
