## Description

The rental is perfect for 4 people or couples with 2 children. It has one bedroom with a 150cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed and a bathroom outside of it. It is located in an area very close to the center of Valencia, which can be reached by walking in 15 minutes. It is very well connected by metro and bus to the entire city and the airport. It is 100 meters from Mestalla stadium, but the area is very quiet and family-friendly.

The space
Comfortable, modern, and central accommodation ideal for families or groups of friends who want to visit the city of Valencia. The area is very quiet, and there are many shops and bars around. It is also very well connected to the entire city and the beach.

Guest access
The accommodation is super bright, has everything you need, and is perfect for couples with 2 children or a group of 3-4 people. It is distributed into 2 bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and 2 complete bathrooms; a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, ceramic hob for cooking, and all the essential utensils to spend a few days feeling at home.
