It has one bedroom with a 150cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed and a bathroom outside of it. It is located in an area very close to the center of Valencia, which can be reached by walking in 15 minutes. It is very well connected by metro and bus to the entire city and the airport. It is 100 meters from Mestalla stadium, but the area is very quiet and family-friendly.

Guest access
The accommodation is super bright, has everything you need, and is perfect for couples with 2 children or a group of 3-4 people. It is distributed into 2 bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and 2 complete bathrooms; a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, ceramic hob for cooking, and all the essential utensils to spend a few days feeling at home.

Other things to note
In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, it is essential that all guests provide certain documents for Check-In.

This includes for each traveler:

- Full name.
- Type of document: DNI or passport only, if DNI, support number.
- Date of birth.
- Address, postal code, municipality, country.
- Phone.
- Email.
Minors only need full name and relationship.
Electronic or in-person signature of each traveler.

The submission of this data is essential to register each guest and comply with tourism regulations in Spain. We, the hosts, are obliged to send this information to the authorities, to the Ministry of Interior, whose objective is to maintain public safety and control who stays in the country. Without these documents, it will not be possible to access the accommodation.
