## Description

Apartment recently completely renovated. The accommodation has everything you need and is perfect for 4 people or a couple with 2 children. 
It has one bedroom with a 150cm double bed and a bathroom with a shower, and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning in one bedroom and the living room. Fan in the other. 
Area very close to the center of Valencia, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. It is very well connected by metro and bus. 

The apartment contains:

- TERRACE 
- PRIVATE LIVING ROOM AND FULL KITCHEN 


Guests have access to the entire apartment. There are two additional extra rooms in the apartment that are closed by the owner and are used to store household items and cleaning products (you will see that these doors are closed).
